RAMADAN 2023!
From March 23 to April 22!
This 2023 we invite you to spend Ramadan with us at Alqueria de Rosales. You will be able to share the fast with muslims from many parts of the umma who will accompany us on the days of this blessed month.
Alquería de Rosales and its mosque offer the taraweeh every night and the opportunity to recite and memorize the Qur’an, study Arabic, Hadith and Fiqh. Every day we will share the iftar, and will have dinner in company and suhoor before fajr time.
Ramadan 2023 Program in Alquería de Rosales
Ramadan dates:
Ramadan 1, 1444: March 23, 2023
Eid al-Fitr: April 22, 2023
Iʿtikaf starts on Wednesday, April 12 and lasts until April 21
(These dates are approximate as they are subject to the lunar calendar)
Our daily activities:
-Iftar in the mosque
-Dinner in the restaurant one hour after iftar
-Salat at-Taraweeh every night
-Suhoor in the mornings (buffet one hour before fajr)
-Salat al-Qiyam in the days of iʿtikaf
Inside the mosque, with access to the courtyard, there are 2 bedrooms prepared for those who do iʿtikaf.
Throughout Ramadan there will be classes of Qur’an, Tajweed, Hadith, Fiqh and Arabic language.
For Fiqh classes the Tuhfat al-nâsik wa zâd al-sâlik ilâ madhhab al-imâm Mâlik will be followed, and there will be explanations of the Four Madhhab.
Arabic classes will be conducted following classical and modern texts. There will also be comments to the Ayurrumia text, which must have at least 5 students.
The instructors will be Sheikh Mohammed Kassbi, Imam of the mosque, and Ustaz Abd Samad Romero.
Prices
Per person, for 10 days of stay or more, the price is € 40 per day in the dorms of the mosque for iʿtikaf, € 50 per day in shared rooms and € 70 in individual room.
Prices for families and visitors for less than 10 days are: € 55 per person per day in shared rooms and € 70 per day in single rooms and apartments. Children between 2 and 12 years old pay € 25 per day. The fee in dorms will be € 45 per person per day.
