Bushara Association has carried out a series of initiatives and projects in various Sahel countries. Since 2012, its activity has focused on the Gambia, around two fundamental projects: The construction and monitoring of a School in Kembuye, which welcomes more than 600 students, boys and girls; and free health care in Senegambia. This medical care, which began in 2010, is performed periodically by Spanish doctors and dentists. Currently, the construction project of a Clinic has begun, which allows to improve this medical attention, and extend it over time.

Since its inception, Azzagra Cultural Foundation has accompanied the initiatives of the Bushara Foundation, whose activity is centered in The Gambia, around two projects: the Kembuye School, with more than 500 students; and free medical care in Senegambia, provided by Spanish doctors. These projects are possible thanks to the active participation of The Qadriyya Association in The Gambia.
